Popcorn

"Of course life is bizarre, the more bizarre it gets, the more interesting it is. The only way to approach it is to make yourself some POPCORN and enjoy the show." – David Gerrold

CRAFT
  • COLORED CORN MOSAIC This website has a fun activity using colored un-popped popcorn to create a picture. If you don't want to color the popcorn kernels, check the pantry for dried kidney beans, peas, lentils, and even some pasta shapes to create your mosaic.

FOOD FUN:

  • MOOSE MUNCH If you are feeling hungry after reading those popcorn stories, trying making a "Moose Munch" snack using the recipe on this site. Go one step further, and make your own variation by changing the ingredients in your munch -- leave out the chocolate, add peanut butter, throw in some nuts or raisins. Most important, is have fun cooking up your snack with your grownup!

STEM:

  • DANCING POPCORN
